Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Innodrive Consulting Services Pvt Ltd ("Innodrive", "we") handles personal data submitted through this website, innodrive.in. We are the data fiduciary (controller) for that data.
Other Innodrive products and services have their own privacy notices.
What we collect
Only what you send us, through two forms:
- Contact form: your name, company, work email address and the message you write.
- Research access form (publications and white papers): your name, company, work email address and the item you asked for.
With each submission we also record:
- the page you submitted from, the referring page and any campaign (utm) tags in the link;
- your browser's user-agent string;
- a one-way hash of your IP address, used only to stop repeated or automated submissions. We do not store the IP address itself.
- the time and the wording version of the consent you gave.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss the work you describe.
- To send you the research you requested when it is available, and to follow up about it.
- To protect the forms from abuse.
We process this data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit a form. You can withdraw it at any time (section 6). We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Cookies and tracking
innodrive.in does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and does not set cookies to identify you. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs for security and reliability.
Who processes it for us
We use a small number of service providers, each bound to process data only on our instructions:
- Supabase: the database where form submissions are stored.
- Resend: sends us an email alert when a form is submitted.
- Vercel: hosts the website.
These providers may process data outside India. Where they do, we rely on their contractual data-protection commitments.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to further contact are deleted 24 months after submission. If we work together, we keep the correspondence for as long as the engagement and our legal obligations require. You can ask us to delete your data sooner.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, where it applies, the EU GDPR, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you;
- correct or complete it;
- erase it;
- withdraw your consent.
Email info@innodrive.in from the address you used. We respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India or your local data protection authority.
Security
Submissions are stored in a database area that is not reachable from the public internet; the website can add records but cannot read them back. Access is limited to authorised Innodrive staff.
Children
This website is for businesses. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
