This Privacy Policy applies to the Innodrive Consulting Group ("we", "our", "us"), including our specialized verticals: Market Intelligence (Einblick), Agentic AI & Automation, and BIM & MEP Engineering Services.
We operate as a high-integrity consulting and engineering firm. This document explains how we collect and handle data across our professional service lines to provide industry-leading solutions while maintaining the absolute confidentiality of our clients and partners.
1. Our Verticals & Data Context
We process data within three distinct professional frameworks:
Market Intelligence (Einblick)
Qualitative research, AI-moderated interviews, and sentiment analysis for high-stakes business decisions.
Agentic AI & Automation
Implementation of autonomous agents, workflow automation, and strategic AI implementation consulting.
BIM & MEP Engineering
High-precision Building Information Modeling, MEP design, and engineering coordination for global infrastructure.
2. Professional Data Collection
Unlike consumer-only platforms, we collect specialized project and corporate data necessary to deliver complex professional services.
Project & Engineering Data
For our BIM/MEP clients, we collect architectural drawings, building coordinates, structural specifications, and MEP system requirements. This data is used exclusively for engineering coordination and design optimization.
Operational & Automation Data
For AI Automation clients, we may collect process maps, operational logs, and limited API access credentials required to build and deploy autonomous agents within your environment.
Intelligence & Research Data (Einblick)
We collect qualitative interview recordings, survey responses, and behavioral patterns. This data is de-identified and synthesized into high-level intelligence reports.
3. Einblick Platform Testing

The einblick research module is currently in a controlled testing phase. All data handling practices for this specific platform are subject to revision as we refine the agentic engine.
4. Agent Demos
On agents.innodrive.in we publish live demos of our AI agents. Starting a demo requires a work email address, and we record what you tell us there.
What we collect
Your name, company and work email, so we can provision a bounded demo allowance and follow up if you ask us to. We also log the questions asked during a demo session, which we use to improve retrieval quality. Marketing email is opt-in only — leaving the box unticked means we contact you about the demo itself and nothing else.
Cookies used
A single functional cookie, agent_lead, stores your name, company and email for seven days. It exists so that refreshing the page does not put the form back in front of you mid-conversation. It is signed, marked httpOnly so page scripts cannot read it, and is not used for advertising or tracking across sites. Clearing it simply returns you to the form.
5. Data Fiduciary Standards
Innodrive adheres to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) 2023 and international data protection standards. We operate with the strict confidentiality expected of top-tier consulting firms like McKinsey, BCG, and specialized engineering global firms.
- Zero-Trust Access: Internal data access is restricted on a strictly need-to-know basis.
- No Data Monetization: We never sell, rent, or trade client project data or respondent identities.
- Encryption Standards: All project files and research data are encrypted at rest and in transit using enterprise-grade protocols.
