Upwork supports fixed-price contracts with milestone funding and hourly contracts, which some clients find simpler for cross-border work. Engagements that begin on Upwork stay on Upwork for their whole duration, in line with Upwork's Terms of Service. Direct contracts with Innodrive remain available for clients who do not use Upwork.
